I was a bit unsure about the taste at first, but this blackstrap has that deep, bittersweet kick I wanted for my morning oatmeal. It's thick and pours slowly, and a little spoonful goes a long way in baking. Glad to see it's organic and sourced from South America.
The texture is dense and glossy, perfect for stirring into my morning oatmeal for that deep, bitter-sweet kick. I’ve been using it daily in baking and it dissolves cleanly without any grit.
The packing switch caught me off guard but it's genuinely the same thick, dark stuff I've been adding to my morning oatmeal. A spoonful dissolves nicely in hot coffee too, and at 350g it'll last me a good while.
