The skins-on texture gives it a proper rustic bite, and that 0.8% sea salt is just enough to make the roastiness pop without going overboard. I've been spreading it thick on toast every morning since the jar arrived and it's already half gone.
I wasn’t expecting the salt to come through so clearly—it hits right after the roasted peanut flavor, not before. The skins give it a nice rustic texture that makes it feel more artisanal than your average jar.
The salt crystals actually crunch a little when you bite into them, which is such a nice contrast to the rich, smooth roasted peanuts. Even though it's 99.2% peanuts, that 0.8% of Anglesey sea salt makes the flavor really pop.
