Onze biologische Blackstrap-melasse wordt geproduceerd in Zuid-Amerika en is een natuurlijk bijproduct van traditionele suikerrietverwerking. Wij gebruiken alleen de meest voedingsrijke "derde extractie", die het minste suiker bevat en de hoogste concentratie mineralen heeft (rijk aan ijzer, calcium, magnesium en kalium).
