The jar arrived with the new label, but it doesn’t matter—the paste inside is silky and pourable right out of the fridge, which I’ve never gotten from other tahinis. I’ve been drizzling it over roasted carrots and it’s the smoothest sesame I’ve tried, no grit at all.
I wasn’t expecting the texture to be this silky—it pours out of the jar like a thick sauce instead of sticking to the spoon. The 100% hulled sesame seeds make it taste noticeably lighter and cleaner than the regular stuff I’ve tried.
The texture is so smooth and pourable—no thick paste at the bottom of the jar that needs ten minutes of stirring. I've used it in dressings and straight on toast, and the 100% hulled sesame taste comes through clean and mild.
